Sound Advice by award winning choir director, Gerda Wilson will engage students into a discovery of sound vibrations, decibels, sound pollution and fine tuning voices as students find out how sound innovations affect the quality of life at home and in their community.
The 15 minute mini-musical was created to provide students in Gr. 4 – 6 with cross-curricular and integrated learning opportunities specifically in music, drama, movement, visual arts, science and language arts. It may be used as a science classroom resource or as a staged performance. Setup is minimal and comes with performance suggestions, performance/accompaniment audio and reproducible student copies.
